Okay, we got the program downloaded and installed. Now what?
Click on the program icon to start it.
The first thing we see is that the program opened up and another screen popped up
over it like this one.
This is your login screen. This is where you tell FTP where to go, what the login name is and what the password is.
It also has several sites added in for Anonymous FTP but we will get to that later.
We will now setup your web site account.
Let's set this up line by line.
Click on the New button to set up any new account.
The first box says Profile Name.
Here you can put in the name of your server such as Tripod or Dream Server or
you can put in the name of your web site.
The next box is Host Name/Address
Here you put in your host's ftp address such as ftp.tripod.com if you are using Tripod
The third box says Host Type.
Click on this window and from the dropdown select Automatic detect
The forth box says User ID:
Here you enter the user name you use to access your account.
The fifth box asks for your Password.
Enter your password that you need to get into your site.
On the right side you will see a check box that says Save Pwd (Password). I recommend you
check this unless you always want to enter your password.
The next box marked Account can contain your account name or other info. You can leave this blank.
The same goes for the last box marked Comment.
Now click on the Apply button. This will save your site info into your list of
FTP sites that can be accessed from the drop box named Profile Name. It will also
now try to connect to your web site.

Now it is time to access your account and start moving files.
